Thirteen years of enterprise pricing and revenue management, most of it in transportation and logistics. Today I own AI-driven pricing optimization for LTL freight at XPO: the models that recommend a rate, and the tools that let a person understand the recommendation well enough to stand behind it.

Rate recommendation, dynamic pricing and margin optimization for freight — the software that decides what a shipment should cost.
Models into production
Taking machine learning from a data scientist’s notebook to a system that answers in real time, and staying honest about what it can and cannot do.
Decision support
Building for the person on the other end of the recommendation — the seller who has thirty seconds and needs a number they can defend.
